We are not the contractor.
No crews, material sales, or construction profit. If there is no claim, or a repair beats a replacement, that is what we recommend.
Our independence changes the advice you receive. Here is what that means in practice.

We give you independent advice. Your contractor builds the roof. Your claim professionals handle the claim. You retain the authority to choose, approve, and require corrections.

No crews, material sales, or construction profit. If there is no claim, or a repair beats a replacement, that is what we recommend.
Not for a carrier, not for a contractor. Every recommendation is made from your chair. That’s what makes us consultants.
Local contractors with ten or more years in business. Licensed, insured, manufacturer-certified, references verified, and re-checked every year.
A recommended system, specification, and budget based on your building’s climate, code, use, and life cycle.
Our own quality-control inspector on the roof, answering to us and to you. Photographs at every stage. Details inspected before they’re covered.
We coordinate with the claim professionals, carrier, and contractor, follow up when progress stalls, and keep you informed.
A roof is a thirty-year asset. We remain your consultant long after the last check clears. We are not a storm company.
“Our fee is set before the work begins and does not change based on what the contractor spends.”
The basis of our independence
Your insurance proceeds move through a law firm’s trust account. The firm pays out under written instructions everyone signs at the start.
We discuss and agree on our fee with you before work begins. It is paid from insurance proceeds as they’re received. It isn’t added to what you or your carrier are asked to pay, and it isn’t a line item on any estimate.
The approved claim amount, received as the carrier pays.
Disbursements follow written instructions you have seen and signed.
RoofPilot’s fee, professional fees, and the balance to your contractor.
You get the written report either way — damage or no damage. No cost, no obligation.
