The full process

From the first inspection to the final warranty.

One firm, retained by you. We inspect, document, recommend the roof system, and oversee the work on your behalf.

The first step

It starts with
one phone call.

Request an evaluation

You request an evaluation. No cost, no obligation, no salesman on your doorstep at dinner.

We inspect the roof. We photograph, chalk, and measure everything. We walk you through what we found — good or bad — before we leave the property.

You get the written report either way. If your roof is sound, you keep the documentation and we shake hands. If there is a claim, we bring in the professionals, recommend the roof system, recommend a contractor, and stay on the job until it’s finished right.

02The design

A roof designed
for the building.

We recommend the assembly your building needs — the membrane, the insulation and R-value, the cover board, the fastening pattern, the flashings and edge metal, and the wind uplift rating your code requires.

We work with manufacturers directly on approved assemblies and on the warranty your roof qualifies for, including no-dollar-limit warranties where the system supports one.

Our recommendations are backed by the manufacturer’s published requirements and our interpretation of local code. The contractor remains responsible for building to both.

Explore each layer to see what goes into a complete roof system. Flashings and edge metal are detailed separately at every termination and penetration.

03The construction

Checked before
it’s covered.

Our inspector works for us and answers to you — not to the crew on your roof.

Verify the materials

Delivered products are checked against the recommended assembly before installation.

Inspect before it is covered

Substrate, fastening, seams, flashings, and terminations checked while they are still visible.

Keep the construction record

Every stage photographed, so you can see how your roof was built.

Complete the handover

Warranty registered and delivered to you at completion.

If something is wrong, we bring it to you with our recommendation. The authority to stop the job and require correction is yours, and we make sure you have what you need to use it.

And if you use your own contractor, we still perform our jobsite inspections on your behalf. You don’t lose our oversight by choosing your own builder.

Then we stay.

When the last check clears, we remain your roof consultant — inspections, condition reports, capital planning, repairs, and the next claim if there ever is one.
