RoofPilot was founded in 2026 by a nineteen-year veteran of the commercial roofing industry who spent that career watching building owners get the short end of every storm.
He saw the pattern from the inside: the company that finds the damage is the company that profits from repairing it, so the owner never hears a disinterested opinion.
RoofPilot exists to be that representation. We are not a contractor, not a public adjuster, and not a law firm. We work for the building owner, and only the building owner.
An owner should be able to call one firm for the truth about any roof — a storm claim, a repair, a re-roof, a warranty dispute, or the specification on a building that hasn’t broken ground.
