The owner deserves a clear answer

Most owners can’t
see the top of
their own building.

That’s where we come in

The company telling you that you need a new roof is often the same company that gets paid to build it.

Commercial hail and wind damage is almost never visible from the ground. Owners find out years later, when the roof leaks — and by then a carrier can argue it was age, wear, or neglect.

RoofPilot is a consulting firm. We employ no crews, buy no materials, and warrant no workmanship. When we tell you what we found, there is no construction profit behind the answer.

We work for the building owner.
Every recommendation starts there.

One firm. On your side.

Three stages.
Beside you for all of them.

From the first inspection to the final warranty.
Here is exactly how it goes.

Inspection & documentation

A file they can stand behind.

We get on your roof and document it properly — chalked, measured, photographed. We pay for the deeper work your building needs: core samples, moisture surveys, engineering opinions. Then we bring in a public adjuster or a law firm and hand them a file they can stand behind.

Our commitment

Six promises.
In writing. On every project.

The RoofPilot difference

The truth about your roof.

Even when it costs us the job. If there’s no claim, we say so.

A fee you understand.

Our fee is set before the work begins. It does not change based on what the contractor spends.

A contractor who’s been vetted.

Ten or more years in the business, licensed, insured, manufacturer-certified, re-checked every year.

Someone independent checks.

Our inspector answers to us and to you — not to the crew on your roof.

A clear view of your project.

Status, documents, photographs, and reports, from the first inspection through completion.

A relationship that stays.

A roof is a thirty-year asset. We stay on as your consultant for as long as you own the building.

Overwatch / Capital planning

A roof should
never be a
surprise line item.

Every roof you own, in one register. A multi-year capital plan showing what needs replacing when, and what it will cost in the year it lands.
